Rouge Brulé - Rouge Brulé

The first of two new releases in June on the db2fluctuation label, will be a departure from the “usual” catalogue, but one similar in spirit and intention. The band/project Rouge Brulé can be defined as experimental, avant garde free form jazz and minimal cosmic psychedelia.

Rouge Brulé tries to push the boundaries and explores new scapes, incorporating granular techniques and improvisation. Free form with no set structure or pre-determined chord progressions, allowing for complete creative freedom.

This is Minimal cosmic music with simple, repetitive rhythms and patterns, relying on a stripped-down instrumentation. They incorporates elements of space and synthetic sounds, creating a surreal, otherworldly experience. Infused with elements of psychedelia and incorporating trippy soundscapes and mind-challenging textures. This is repetition with subtle changes and synthetic drones.
