The title of the album is inspired by a pithy description of the sound on „Grey City Life“ (2016) by a journalist.
In June, ROSI announced their transfer to the DISENTERTAINMENT-label (Bonn), to find a wider audience beside the pure Post-Punk fanbase. A highlight in Summer 2020 - and a little break from working on the album - was a live session, which was recorded/produced professionally by five cameras and streamed on various social media channels in mid July.
Musically, ROSI stay true to themselves and don't deny their roots. Nevertheless the sound got a wider range and tracks like „Complaints“ also show some further electronic influences with the catchyness of early Synthpunk. „Lippen“ („Lips“) is a beautiful mixture of Minimal-Synth and early 80s Wave guitars and will fill the dancefloors of the Clubs soon.
