The pioneers in Swedish electronic pop, Page, are back with an LP. The LP compiles the last two EPs, "Under mitt skinn EP" and ”Aska EP”, released recently.
The CD-version of “Under mitt skinn EP” was released before summer, and ”Aska EP” is released simultaneously with this LP. All in all, 11 new tracks on vinyl. Limited Edition 300 copies.
In a world where the majority of today's music is made with electronic instruments, Page builds up their songs and melodies based on a classic pop concept, which creates an analog and dynamic feeling in the music, a unique and distinct sound on the Swedish pop scene with influences of classic pop with references such as Gary Numan, Cuddly Toys and Ultravox.
Page consists of Eddie Bengtsson and Marina Schiptjenko, who have played together since the early 80s. Apart from being a reputable gallery owner, Marina Schiptjenko has been a member of electronic pop groups like Vacuum and Bodies Without Organs with international fame.
