Another one-man project whose raw old-school sound caught our attention is releasing a new album. After the digital album and EP, it's time for another flush of emotion and machine electronics. Nick is immersed in his cyber self and creates a kind of vision of worlds that are on the verge of disintegration and dystopia.
Sonically, CSIBD is similar to bands that were a strong part of the 90s EBM scene. Machine-like, cold but at the same time melodic. Analog loops in the bowels of noise and vocal obstructions. Breaking the stories of good and evil often. A world on the verge of collapse and coldness. Imbalance and hopelessness. Human greed in a technological world where machines begin to transform values and humanity threatens to fall. A deep and long jump into oblivion.
